Job Title: Sales Trainee
Location: Shanghai

Principal Accountabilities
1. To coordinate with various CAPS BUs and customers on all logistic, documentation, credit & payment related issues - so as to provide the best in class customer service for our customers.

2. To coordinate among Greater China Teams so as to generate reports and PPT - for CAPS & BU senior leaders.

3. Need to be trained to handle sales of CAPS products - so as to determine if candidate is a talent that we can promote to be the next sales executive for CMS China Sales Office (Succession Planning).

4. To support & coordinate all sales & marketing activities in China, e.g. various events, promotions, food show and etc.

5. To coordinate & plan CAPS visitor's trip in China and other jobs assigned by manger.



Education
1. University graduate or equivalent.

Experience
1. 0-3 years working experiences in logistic & documentation is preferable

Skills
1. Excellent in Mandarin and fluent in English (verbal & written)
2. Strong computer skills, esp. on Microsoft Access, Power Point, Excel, Word and etc.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can deal with foreign BUs and cosmetic customers.
4. Good and effective reporting skills & analytical mind
