(centralize payment, resolve/improve internal control issues), we would like to engage a professional firm to provide qualified accountant to help in XJ for about 2-3 months, mainly roles and responsibilities are:

- check documents and transactions for Sudan payment since business starts

- clear up all errors in daily transactions/entries,

- map out new chart of accounts which will be used from Jan 2014,

- identified internal control issues if any,

- report outcome of implementation of new/revised process (Morgan will help to review and revise policies for XJ so that to be more standardized and professional and aligned with ABM)

Qualification for the candidate:

- Qualified accountant

- Above 3 years experiences in A/P, A/R

- Understand new PRC GAAP and IFRS

- Familiar with foreign currency transactions
