职位描述
Position title:Quality Engineer (Plastics Plant)
Position title for recruitment:Quality Engineer (Plastics Plant)
Position description:
？ Responsible for all quality related activities in plastic workshop, from incoming, processing to outgoing.
？ Support other department with plastic products related case.
Position responsibilities:
？ Responsible to carry out the department quality control work procedure and internal management policy.
？ Responsible for incoming material inspection, in process inspection, outgoing inspection and instruments management.
？ Timely handle quality report to related department (with process engineer support as need).
？ As quality support for new product review.
？ Work with process engineer to implement internal audit and contribute to CIP to meet annual quality objective.
？ Training inspectors and operators.
？ Other duties as required.
Education : ？ Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering or related
Age / Gender :Unlimited
Experiences
？ Above 5years experience in quality manage experience, with automotive experience is preferred.
？ With injection plant experience is preferred.
Knowledge / skills
？ Good problem solving and communicating skills
？ Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 and quality tools like flow chart, FMEA, SPC,8D report etc.
？ Organized work style
Languages:Good command of English language both written and spoken
Computer skills:Familiar with office and outlook, SAP
