工作内容：

? perform business and data analysis into the existing processes and work on integrating these into the models. Part of this role includes working on the Cash Account Completeness programme that involves migrating manual reconciliations onto the TLM application

? To work on enhancing the Automatch rates of the Corona application.

? To identify and remediate end to end inefficiencies within reconciliation processes so as to deliver :

o Improved reconciliation delivery

o Scalable solutions

o Resilience in the design

? Oversee the design of the complex reconciliations to ensure the solution will be fit for purpose in terms delivering against business requirements but is scalable and performance.

? Working with the Architecture team in rolling out the Architecture strategy. This is a key objective to ensure a strategy is in place to meet the ongoing growth of the utility.

? Part of the strategy will form several migration/upgrade projects and as part of the architectural team remit is to provide oversight and design assistance to the Change team in delivering these projects.

? Assist in ad-hoc duties of the Architect Lead manager as necessary.

要求：

? 5+ years experience in reconciliation design both from a technical and business perspective

? Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and business processes.

? Real world experience in analysis, design and implementation

? Experience in building robust controls within the reconciliation solutions.

? Significant experience in Stock & Cash Reconciliations and internal control and risk oversight.

? Team player, ability to lead initiatives, highly analytical with project management skills

? Strong relationship building skills across all management levels.

? Strong technical skills – Oracle/ Unix/ TLM / SQL

? Ideally experience with Recon

? Corona Experience

? Frontier/Accurate/Intellimatch

? Strong organisational skills.

? Analytical with attention to quality and strong problem solving skills

? Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing.

? Excellent time management skills.

? Strong oral and written communication skills

? Excellent presentation skills
