工作内容：

? Design & Implement the Client Service & Metrics Consumer Deck. This will include but not limited to;

o Load Balancing / Capacity Planning (on shore & off shore)

o Best Practice Techniques

o Consumer Financials & Service Metrics

o SLA Service Levels – Service Survey & Website

? Managed client service and interaction across the following;

o Governance model (Daily monitoring, consumer service, planning, escalation)

o Client issues

o Service issues / incident management

o People issues associated with service delivery

o Change pipeline planning and client rollout

? Work in partnership with clients & technology to improve timeliness, accuracy and control of reconciliation service levels

? Work in partnership with other heads (specifically Business Development & Risk & Control) to support strategy (including any change related activity)

要求：

Previous Experience:

? Minimum of 8 years in Financial Services

? Managing regional/global delivery teams with a proven track record for delivering quality and accuracy

? Experience in collating and implementing business plans and strategic direction

? Real-world experience in analysis, design and implementation

? Collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements.

? Experience in running regional/global BAU teams and strong people management skills

? Practical Operations processing experience in a ICG product line - FX, Loans, CRMS, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, TTS or SFS and Reconciliations & controls

? Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Competencies:

? Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions

? Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge

? Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

? Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design

? Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers

? Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take accountable ownership of various parts of a project or initiative to own the outcome

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
