职位描述：

The AMS Sales Specialist is primary responsible for business development / go to market / technical solutioning to General Business Markets areas for application management services. Candidates will have valuable opportunities to work with the growing clients at executive levels and senior manager levels to identify business leads, client pain points, client needs/requirements, and develop value propositions on how application management service can help address client's needs and business visions. He/she will also have the opportunities to present the value propositions and application management solution offerings in meetings, workshops and seminars to engage in or generate business development opportunities, and build up client networks to boost application management business.

职位要求：

At least 5 years IT industry experiences, preferably in service-presale positions relating to ERP, cloud, outsourcing, application maintenance support.

Familiar with system implementation, application architecture, development, implementation, and on-going maintenance

Experienced project manager with middle /complex System Integration projects (8+ resources) in particular the following areas: resource planning, pricing, solution formulation, proposal preparation and project management.

Good communication skills and experience in contract preparation and negotiation a distinct advantage

Exposure to pre-sales activities and be able to take up sales quota

Excellent client engagement skills and presentation skills.

Strong team player and can work under pressure. A fast-track learner, self-driven and self-motivated to achieve or over-achieve business targets

Can work independently and can demonstrate strong leadership in leading proposal team to compose and deliver high quality proposals on time
