职位描述
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
? To achieve the specific sales target in responsible areas;
? To establish/maintain close and sustainable relationship with the regional and provincial level customers of SGCC;
? To establish/maintain close and sustainable relationship with the regional and provincial level customers of potential key accounts;
? Build up a deeper understanding of the total process of the potential key accounts including their business development, organization, bid tendering, and management, requirements of product and customer services.
? Development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with company business and annual operation plan.
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree from accredited university preferred electrical engineering.
? Min. 3 years sales experience preferred in the Electrical industry
? Good written and oral communication skills.
? Strong time management and coordination skills.
Good understanding of Electrical Industry or similar industry

1、根据公司销售计划和部门销售目标,进行客户开发和产品销售;
2、与国网保持良好的沟通与联络,随时了解客户状态,收集客户信息;
3、对客户潜在的需求进行方案设计,根据方案进行预算、报价;
4、了解目标客户的业务模式,包括其业务发展模式,组织架构,招投标及管理模式,产品客服需求等;
5、确立管辖范围内的销售策略,以保证销售增长并满足公司计划;
岗位要求:
1、 本科学历,电力行业相关专业优先;
2、 3年以上电力行业相关销售经验者优先;
3、 有良好沟通技巧者优先;
4、 有时间管理能力和合作能力者优先;
5、 能适应长期出差者优先;
6、 有相关技术背景者优先。
