We are currently looking for an Senior Receptionist to join us in our brand new offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Randstad and work for one of what is globally already one of Randstad's most profitable and successful teams.
Your role
· To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the reception and office area in a professional manner, handling of all telephone calls, meet and greet of all visitors and coordination of interviews effectively
· Maintain good working relationship with all levels of staff and play a supporting role in the provision of client, candidate correspondence and administrative duties as required
Your Experience
· Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English
· Be able to work independently, be detail-minded, and highly organized.
