Subordinator:200
职责：
-Prepare and audit machining process document, improve/modify the fixture and equipment to make cost down.
-Plan and achieve productivity, quality and cost target; Set up KPI and meet the requirement.
-Evaluate training requirement, conduct and request necessary training as required
-Promote Lean production activity and Use kanban to instruct productivities, improve production efficiency
-Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing budget operation
-New project preparation including document and fixture and process audit;
-Responsible for daily operation of factory, Managed to meet customer's requirement;
-Set up and meet the target of production and cost.
要求：
-10 years production experience in mechanical industry,have automotive industry experience
-3 years managerial postion experience
-Fastener industry production mangement experience will be prefered
-MNC experience
-Fluent in English.
