Responsibilities:


1. Implementation of process of ISO9001system. Set up and implement of internal audit plans.

2. Liaison with external audit organizations on matters related to the quality management system. Preparation of necessary documents and files.

3. Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.

4. Analyze and summarize the relative data of all operating departments. Submit an improvement plan to respective department heads and follow up on fulfilment of tasks.

5. Establish the company's quality system and standards according to ISO quality requirements. Execute the quality policy of the company, supervise and ensure that the company achieves product and process quality targets to guarantee the company always provides the customers with first class products and services.

6. Coordinate all involved departments to set up detailed quality targets, and execute and monitor the fulfilments of the targets. Work on a durative general quality improvement system with preventive functions.

7. Set up Customer Complaint Handling System to handle customers' complaints properly. Document and analyze all the customer complaints inform all involved departments of respective complaint and follow up on the handling according to the system and customers' feedback to our handling results. Monitor and ensure the constitution and implementation of preventive plans avoiding repeated complaints.

8. Organize and supervise the internal audit trainings based on the quality system.



Requirements:



1. University degree, mechanical background

2. Familiar with ISO 9000 system, at least 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing enterprises, and over 2 years in a leading position

3. Familiar with the methods of quality control

4. Fluent oral and written English
5. Familiar with MS Office
6. Proactive working attitude, Team player, excellent skills of analyzing and handling of unpredictable emergencies.

7. Customer oriented, good capability of coordination and communication
