Responsibilities:
1. Feasibility analysis for product line transfer
2. Drive product industrial deployment in APAC region
3. Build and control the budget (cost, resource, expense, investment...)
4. Manage industrialization activities including tooling, assembly, equipment for part & product realization in the plants
5. Manage and support the plant update long term industrial plan regularly
6. Manage the roadmap for industrial deployment

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 8+ years experience in industrial engineering /NPI / product line transfer areas
3. Excellent project management capability with engineering background
4. Fluent English in both oral and written
