主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

?负责接待来访者,接听或转接外部电话;
Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination; answer the telephone and transfer professionally;

?负责记录公司员工的考勤;
Responsible for employee attendance record summary;

?负责各项与行政相关的日常工作,如管理办公用品、收发邮件等相关事务;
Responsible for day-to-day administrative management, such as office supplies management, receiving and registering all incoming/outgoing posts including express;

?协助其他业务部门准备并整理相关资料;
Assist other business department to prepare and organize relevant files;

?帮助完成其他业务部门和客户之间的资料传送,如向相关政府机构递交申请、帮助外商投资企业办理中国境内登记注册手续等;
Assist other business department to convey the files with clients, such as handing in the applications to the relevant government organizations, completing the legal registrations for the foreign-invested enterprise in China, and so on;

?完成领导布置的其他工作;
Assist Manager to do other administrative work

工作要求 Job Requirements

技能Skills
?具有良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力,具亲和力
Excellent oral express and communication ability, with affinity

?良好的中英文口语及写作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

?具有良好的团队合作精神
Good professionalism and teamwork spirit

?熟练操作办公自动化软件和设备,如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等
Proficiency in office automation software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on

教育背景 Educational Background

?英语、法学或会计专业,学士或学士以上学位
Bachelor/above degree, major in English, Law or Accounting

经验 Experience

?至少有1-2年相关工作经验
1-2 years full-time related working experiences


工作关系Working Relations

?有效沟通与内部部门的关系
Effectively communicate with internal colleagues

?发展和沟通与经理的工作关系
Develop communication and working relationship with Manager
