To establish and maintain the quality system of GKE, liaison with internal or external bodies on matters relating to the company's quality system to make sure the continuous improvement in GKE.
a. Preparation, maintenance and implementation of the company's quality system requirements;
b. Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system;
c.Find the problems in the whole process and follow up the solutions to ensure the Continuous improvement in GKE;
d.Liaison with the external bodies on matters relating to the company's quality system;
e. Audit/ visit the supplier to ensure the consistent incoming quality.
f. Push the improvement activities from customer's feedback to achieve customer's satisfaction.
g. Maintenance and posting of current process flow charts and Manufacturing Instructions on the line stations
h. To improve and enhance the QMS
i. To organize internal audit for the QMS periodically
