POSITION DESCRIPTION

吸引访客光临商场，力求吸引他们在商场内停留更长时间、享受更多乐趣；并为他们营造轻松愉悦的氛围；通过提供物美价廉的食物，令访客因美味的回忆不断光临商场；同时为员工提供休息放松和恢复活力的绝佳机会。
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 顾客
- 我确保始终以顾客为中心，并努力带给他们欢笑。我接待顾客，为他们提供服务，并表达共鸣和关心。
- 我以身作则，在与顾客交流中担任品牌的形象大使，吸引访客再次光临。
- 我总是以顾客的眼光来审视我所在的商场，并且经常在商场中巡视。我每天与顾客进行谈话交流，不断得到他们对购物体验的反馈，了解更多他们的需求和愿望。然后根据顾客的反馈采取行动。
- 商业
- 我根据“携手发展”和企业食品发展方向和战略，依照中国商业计划，积极参与制定商场商业计划。我与餐饮中国区办公室合作，确保兼顾全球、中国工作重点和本地需求。我和我的团队合作，开发并定期推行清晰的餐饮行动计划。
- 同室内设计部（Com&In）、商业活动经理/市场部合作，积极帮助和支持各种市场推广活动和商场活动。在以上活动中将瑞典节日和每年的工作重点融入商场商业日历，包括活动产品和宣传资料包。
- 我致力于实现最高程度的商业化，促进销售增长，同时提高转换率和客单价。借此提高利润，实现职责领域的目标。我使用商业检查和其他适合的工具作为辅助。

- 我依法运营餐饮部。我依据“食品质量和安全要求”，负责商场餐饮部的运营。我推动“安全第一”的文化，鼓励员工提高警惕，讨论解决方案。必要时，我与外部服务供应商和权威部门合作。
- 我推行HACCP计划，从而满足我所在商场的要求。我还确保HACCP流程和规定的宣传到位，并保证员工在日常工作中严格遵守
- 我确保所有食品安全事件和潜在的食品安全事件，均通过CASY系统进行申报。
- 我有商场储能计划，能够满足所有流程、收货和存货的容量需求。
- 借助员工计划流程，确保具备相关能力的合适数量的员工在合适的时间出现在合适的地点，以满足顾客的需求，从而优化生产力。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 基本要求
- 5年以上多部门餐饮服务行业或大型先进零售商业零售部门惯例经验能提出明确的方向，具备创造性并能够执行行动方案、设定预算、跟踪并实现目标熟练的英文沟通能力能够操作MS Office软件
