POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the CEO of the company, the Manager will have the responsibility to manage and expand the sales of the company in East China, with a focus in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales & marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree, preferable engineering background or related.
- Solid understanding of engineering plastics material and nylon ( PA6,PA66, PBT, POM, TPEE)
- At least 5 years sales experience in the related industrial fields, with 2 years’ experience in management role.
- Fluency in spoken / written English; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point.
- Willing to travel; Interview skill; Negotiation skill; Communication with impact skill.
- Business Acumen; Good sensor knowledge in transmission industries; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer.
