职位描述
Principle Responsibilities/Duties:
a. Prepare documentation for tooling quotation and project manage the acquisition of tooling on time, to specification and within cost.
b. Lead pre-production trials and report on outcome in terms of Quality and output rates whilst also identifying potentials risks during mass production.
c. Lead PPAP submission with Molded component suppliers
d. Report monthly status of Planned maintenance and Breakdown maintenance underaken on Mold tools.
e. Report monthly on tool usage including run time, output rate and quality of parts.
f. Prepare and Manage tool maintenance budget
g. Identify tool modifications to enhance quality, output rates and tool life.
h. Liase with tool manufacturers during tool modifications and report status as appropriate.
i. Ensure GKE mold tool technology is up to date and appropriatly competative
