Principle Responsibilities/Duties 主要职责/任务:
1. According to shipping schedule and production arrangement, confirm the completion date for each order. 结合出货计划表及生产排期，确认各订单生产完工时间。
2. According to different shipping terms (mainly four: EX-WORK TERM、FOB、CIF、DDU), select appropriate forwarder and arrange shipment booking. 根据不同交易方式（主要是：EX-WORK TERM、FOB、CIF、DDU 四种）选择合适货代，填写订舱单并向货代下订舱单。
3. According to forwarders’ S/O and the company’s actual situation, arrange transportation and inform related functions in advance. 根据货代S/O并结合公司生产实际情况，安排拖车并通知报关及仓库做好报关、出货准备。
4. Work closely with all carriers including truck lines and Express companies and deal with unexpected problems. 处理拖车、提柜中出现的问题，提单补料并核对提单。
5. Verify documentation prior to shipping for completeness and consistency of each order. 出货前校验文件，以确保订单的完整性和一致性。
6. Follow up the transportation for each order, and inform HK office to pay freight after obtaining customer confirmation of goods receiving. 及时跟踪货物运输状况，确认客户收到货物后，通知香港公司付海运费。
7. File management. 档案管理。
8. Perform other related tasks and duties as required. 接受并完成上级交代的其它工作任务。
