Job Title:Sales Supervisor
Business Unit:Shanghai Head Office of G4S MSS

Location Shanghai, China

Objective Planning, executing and managing the sales activities of G4S MSS service in East & West region.

Accountabilities
1. Develop MSS leads for E & W region, and realize actual sale to meet sales target.
2. Propose MSS sales strategies for E & W region that are coherent with the overall country strategies.
3. Identify and analyze market opportunities, and gather competitor intelligence
4. Achieve the monthly MSS sales target by actively approaching the potential clients and respond to enquiries / referrals.
5. Expand the client base and develop new services to expand the scope of MSS services offered.
6. Responsible for RFQ/RFP/tenders submission.
7. Update pipeline reports & submit to China Sales & Marketing Manager on weekly/monthly basis.
8. Ensure on-time payment from temp job clients.
9. Negotiate the pricing and other contract clauses with the customer/service partners.
10. Work closely with other departments and regional teams and local partners to ensure quality service delivery for the existing contracted clients and temp job clients.

Key Result Areas
New MSS Business Target for July – Dec 2012:
At least 1 major multi/full spectrum of MSS services contract

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Strong business acumen.
2. Undergraduate degree in Business, majored in Finance/Economics is preferred.
3. High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Ability to meet stringent deadline and follow up issues promptly
5. A team player that is hard-working, responsible and results orientated
