Basic Qualifications

? Develop bench characterization test methodologies for analog devices in order to determine and verify the device's performance across Manufacturing Process, Voltage, and Temperature combinations for the datasheet parameters.
? Develop and write automated code to control all test equipment during the collection and processing of characterization data.
? Perform Design Evaluation and Bench Characterization, report test results using statistical analysis software.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

? 5+ years of IC Test and Characterization Experience of Mixed Signal circuitry.
? Software development experience using Labview a must.
? Hardware development skills required, including Circuit Design, Schematic Capture and Board Layout.
? Experience with ATE and Bench-Type Test systems.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving and debug skills
