职位描述
Title: Project Manager
Report to Head of Office
Responsibilities
l Plan and manage delivery of Interactive projects, on scope, time, cost and quality
ü Translate project objectives and strategy into a project plan
ü Write quotations, timelines, SOWs, project QA plans
ü Ensure execution of project plan, implementing appropriate controlling processes
ü Implement change management and risk management as appropriate
ü Track ongoing project status, and provide status reports
l Project team leader
ü Ensure effective communication for all team members
ü Ensure all team members understand and accept their responsibilities
ü Establish priorities among project activities where necessary
ü Pro-actively identify and solve problems or potential problems
ü Brief and manage any outside vendors necessary to successfully complete the project
l Ensure proper project close-out
ü Prepare project sign-off form for client signature
ü Analyze actual project performance against baseline
ü Initiate project review, where appropriate
ü Provide feedback on team members’ performance to their managers, if appropriate
Requirements
l Minimum of two years'experience as a Project Manager
l Understanding of basic Project Management skills, balancing time, budget and scope
l Understand fundamental process steps and deliverables in creating Interactive projects, from concept to deployment
l Good knowledge of MS Project
l Successful track record across a broad range of Interactive project types
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
l Team player – enjoys working within a multi-disciplinary project team
l Good motivator, organizer and team leader
l Negotiation and troubleshooting skills
l High level of attention to detail
l Good documentation skills
l Results-focused and willing to challenge obstacles
l Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
l Pro-active problem solving ability
l Generalist’s understanding of different Interactive skill areas, including but not limited to hosting parameters, front-end and backend coding, multimedia production, sound/video editing, etc.
l Ability to face the client on a basic level
l Basic understanding of PMBOK knowledge areas
