职位描述
KRA KPI Key Tasks
HSE Management
? Comply with all government and BlueScope Steel HSE legislation, policy and procedure.
? Build up BlueScope Steel HSE culture in manufacturing plant and encourage safety behavior
? Lead and participate in safety audit and all activities which continuously improve safety performance.
Manufacturing Effectiveness
? Develop and implement manufacturing business plan, control the process and ensure the business objectives are achieved;
? Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of manufacturing
? Coordinate with related internal client departments, eg. Project Management Service, Sales, Engineering etc. to ensure the production delivered in time and high quality.
? Lead and develop the Manufacturing Excellence initiative through planning and facilitating the implementation of optimum manufacturing processes, to improve manufacturing performance.
? Drive the simplification and standardization of Quality System’s manufacturing elements and practices, and set up quality management system.
Team Management & Development
? Provide support ,coach and feedback to help team members achieve business goals
? Drive manufacturing training plans and set appropriate training packages and evaluation methods.
? Ensure effective upwards, downwards and lateral communication in all manufacturing members.
? Take initiative and organize various activities to improve employee satisfaction and enhance employee commitment
Cost Management
? Make and review capital development plans and expenditure budgets, and advise on measures to control and implement the Manufacturing component of projects to achieve the authorised goals of cost, time and performance.
? Work out the best work flow to improve the work efficiency
? Analyze and adjust the workload in terms of team members personal effectiveness
HSE Management
