PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Eaton Corporation has an opening - Territory Account Manager based in Ha rbin, it is to be responsible for maintaining and develop new channel /Power Var in Henan and deal with internal sales opportunity and daily work of the request from all channels and customers. Like as conflict between with channel, sales policy explanation, projects bidding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.To achieve regional sales target assigned by North regional Director.
2.To manage existing Eaton channels including Power var and SI. Deal with conflict between channels and projects registration.
3.To set up a channels list for recruitments in own region and develop them as Eaton’s premium or authorized reseller.
4.To set up a big SI database, and call on them to confirm channel partner candidates. Affect them with Eaton brand and products to push them transfer to sell Eaton products more.
5.To dig out industry partners in own region and do products and sales training to them. Support them well with bidding and products documents and channels policy
6.Be capable of coordinate internal resource and can fully use them for sales number.
7.Be responsible for co-work with other team members to manage channels and industry projects sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENT:
1.At least 3 years’ experience in UPS or related products selling
2.Be familiar with channel sales management, business development and marketing analysis
3.Sales and negotiation and communication skills, high efficiency to do customer management
4.Technical expertise of power quality products
5.A team-worker
