REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor degree or above
At least 4 year HR experience in manufacturing, mechanical industry background is preferred
Business Understanding: Be familiar with Wuhan labor market and local labor law/regularization
Others :

RESPONSIBILITY:
Strategy and Planning
Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
Personnel procedure implementation:
- on-board
- checkout
- contract management
- probation management
- SOP implementation and continue improvement
HR Data Management:
- Attendance management
- HR-related system maintenance & fully using
- Reporting can meet on-time delivery and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure p-file is well-organized
Benefit management:
- commercial insurance: well manage vendor and ensure the claim cycle
- medical checkup: handle on schedule and achieve good customer satisfaction
- Manage related vendors in an efficient way.
DVC operator hiring and labor agency management, ensure the hiring cycle quality and outsourcing can meet the business requirement.
Customer satisfaction & other task assigned:
- Build up good network with customers: HRBP, LM, employee, related departments.
- Proactively lead projects/tasks.
