Responsibility:

l Overall Plant Controlling functions, including budgeting, forecasting, management monthly reports, medium-term and long-term BP;

l FP&A; Capex and Investment monitoring;

l SAP System roll out and optimization;

l Monthly, quarterly, yearly closing for Internal Management Information Reports;

l ERP/SAP FICO key users;

l Product costing, profitability ,efficiency and effectiveness, process improvement;

l Provide advices to senior management and collaboration with other functions;

Requirements:

l ？ At least 8 years finance experience, preferably within MNC/JV manufacturing environments.

l ？ Qualified with a finance/accounting-related degree from a reputable university. Tertiary or professional qualifications are a plus.

l ？ Excellent knowledge of finance processes, value management, controlling and planning ,costing and IFRS.

l ？ Proven business partnership experience and track record in delivering quality results within strict deadlines.

l ？ Very Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the businesses.

l ？ Must be an effective team player with a strong sense of responsibility and passionate about adding value to the business.

l ？ Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

l ？ Willing to grow with a start-up JV and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

l ？ Good sense in IT and Processes
