JOB SUMMARY
1. Responsible for leading a team of MS and WS technicians to define and maintain efficient manufacturing process and minimum down time to produce products that meet Jabil's customer requirements.

PREREQUISITES
1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies or in a similar capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1.To supervises subordinates and identify training needs.
2. To improve yield through updates/changes/retrofit of equipments/processes.
3. Involve in day to day production sustaining.
4. To maintain a thorough knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA to meet company's goals.
5.To adapt effective advanced manufacturing technologies and apply them.
6. To drive Equipment Engineer for down time management.
7. To continuously improve product cycle time by means of process and equipment.
8. To provide continuous improvement solution to the dedicated Workcell.
9. To define new product and ECN process flows and it quote.
10. To supervise and or perform newly set-up Equipment / line buy-off.
11. The responsibility of choosing non-toxic or low- toxic material, low noise and energy saving and safe production machines.
12. Repair & maintain and check safety protective equipment; and ensure it in good condition.
13.Consider environmental & safety & health issues when initiating a new project or new product or new production line.
14. Wear right PPE and operate safety, attend occupational disease medical examination, fire drill and EHS training.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Experience in high volume production and automated manufacturing environment, experience in SMT environment trouble shooting knowledge.
