职位描述
岗位职责：
1.对于非网上申报的城市，准备社保公积金增减保、补缴数据，填写相关表格并提供给负责递交到窗口的同事；对于网上申报增减保的城市则直接进行网上申报；数据需要互审；
2.提供月度社保明细表和PeopleSoft系统社保上传文件给社保组主任审核；
3.社保公积金费用申请；
4.社保公积金计提数与支付数的差异核对；
5.跟进新入职员工社保缴交状态，对于员工未提交转移资料的，月度提醒相关区域人力资源部同事；
6.每月社保纸版档案的核查；
7.负责社保组共享文件夹的管理、电子版档案的核查；
8.配合完成对社保组的审计工作。
岗位要求：
1.熟悉windows操作系统，熟练操作Excel，熟悉Excel公式；
2.大专以上学历；有社保公积金操作相关工作经验优先；
3.思维清晰，良好沟通能力；
4.具备团队合作精神。
