工作职责：
- 接听产品热线(HPC / FR/IC或 Knorr KDST方向 )，处理、应对及答复客户和消费者的咨询、意见、建议、投诉等；
- 协助销售部门处理客户意见反馈；
- 协助品牌建设部门推行市场活动等；

- To receive product(HPC / FR/IC or Knorr KDST )hotlines to handle the complaints / inquiries / suggestion from consumer and customer;
- To handle the customer complaints from sales;
- To help BB run marketing activities

职位要求：
- 大专同等及以上学历，至少1年接线业务工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
- 具备一定的电话沟通技巧；
- 普通话流利、标准；耐心、礼貌，声音甜美；
- 能够专业的、有技巧的处理客户投诉或意见反馈；
- 能够熟练使用办公软件；

- At least 1-year working experience in call center business
- Solid tele-skill
- Be professional and skilful in complaint handling
- Be patient with good manner and nice voice
- Good team player
- Good PC skill
- Be good at mandarin in oral and written
- Be good at cooking or interested in cooking is preferred(for Knorr KDST)
