职位描述
Position: Senior HR Manager
Location:Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the effective performance of HR Site organization
· Effective implementation of programs and procedures in the areas of recruitment, talent development, career management and staff development, communication programs, and employee relations.
· Contribute to the process of attracting and developing good talent.
· Keep abreast of market HR trends and initiate new ideas relating to HR programs like retention, hiring and motivational programs.
· Plan and ensure expenses are kept within HR budget plan.
· Ensure proper and consistent implementation of Human Resources procedures and guidelines in compliance with local governmental regulations and corporate governance.
· Participate in the Company recreational committee.
· Participate in safety operations and facilitate the implementation and adherence to Safety and Health regulations.
· Work with Global team on compensation and benefits plans, which will achieve both internal equity and external competitiveness.
· Set up, endorse handbook, and update processes.
· Raising Dept bench strength, establishing training and development competencies, training roadmap and training programs.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree.
· The successful candidate should have more than 5 years of HR experience.
· Resourceful and able to work independently, elf-motivated.
· Good organizational ability and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
· Good command in English both written and spoken.
· Proficient in MS Office WORD, EXCEL, Visio etc.
