Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Shenzhen

Reporting to: Supply Chain Development Director, based in HK

Scope of Responsibility:

· Arrange delivery timing from ODM to forwarders.

· Track shipment status.

· Generate shipping documents – invoice, packing list, SLI etc.

· Expedite urgent shipments.

· Perform system receipt and ship confirmation in the system.

· Track and monitor shipment till Point of Destination.

· Update shipment report.

· Track quoted TAT against actual expense.

· Freight cost reporting.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

· 3+ years working experience.

· Basic understanding of logistics.

· Great attention to details.

· Quick learner.

· Proactive communication style - be able to handle multiple stakeholders

· Strong analytical skills - be able to identify problems early on and address them in a timely manner.

· Mater Microsoft desk top software.

· Good in English and in either Mandarin or Cantonese - be able to communicate effectively with a global team and local logistic partners.
