职位描述
Responsibilities:
-For Kitchen and Floor care products manufacturing operations.
-Working as member of ME team, the candidate will need to be goal driven, good organizer and able to work effectively with other departments team members.
-Responsible for manufacturing processes setup/implementation from initial stages of product development till mass production start.
-Responsible for process setup and documentation, to meet or exceed quality standard requirements.
-Responsible for preparation and implementation of material handling specifications.
-Responsible for process improvement –implementation of CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) in all production areas.
-Responsible for TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance ) program implementation with the relevant departments.
-Assist in preparation of training material for production personnel; involved in new processes implementation and training.
-Ensure for safe working environment setup and follow up on any related incidents.
Requirements:
-3 years’ experience as ME engineer position, with multinational company.
-Priority to Good Experience on Manufacturing Setup for Kitchen Appliance or Floor Care Products
-Expertize in process setup and control. Experience in equipment design/selection and commissioning.
-Familiar with use of Quality tools.
-Familiar with Lean manufacturing process improvements implementation.
-Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), AutoCAD. Good knowledge of ERP systems and setup principles.
-Able to document effectively activities in manufacturing areas; able to prepare and present relevant reports.
-Self-motivated, able to manage small team of engineers/technicians.
-Good command of English.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
