职责：

1. Responsible for OSS roadmap planning and management，positioning as OSS solution architect;
2. Communicate with customers all over the world and deeply understand and their strategy and requirements in the OSS solution network and application domain, provide in-depth thinking and contributions for market and competition analysis, lead the direction of the specific solutions;
3. Define/Manage corporate-level OSS solution roadmap and charter, report to management team, push the solution into R&D, manage the whole process;
4. Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and telecom industry trends to develop strategic planning and business planning accordingly;
5. Sopport the market projects development relating to OSS

要求：

1. More than 8 years direct experience in OSS industry with a proven track record within a well-known international company, and is quite clearly about OSS of the TOP telecommunication operators;
2. Broad knowledge in the telecom infrastructure and industry, in-depth understanding of the OSS evolution and trends. Clearly know cloudOS/manageOne solution of Huawei is prefer;
3. Solid understanding of OSS market and business issues. Integrated product and solution development experience with world class operators preferred;
4. Market and technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities;
5. Proved very good skill in slides making and presentation, fluency in English.And have a good command of inner cooperation and external communication skill.
