职责：

1. Lead a cross-department team in analyzing and understanding telecom operators' challenges and business strategy;
2. Provide consulting service to clients, assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on Huawei’s technology suite;
3. Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level; create Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts in the responsible field (MBB, FBB, ICT, etc); represent Huawei business solutions to appropriate industry forums;
4. Develop business consulting tools and capabilities, help to improve the competence of the team.

要求;

1. At least 10 years’ Experience in areas of business/solution consulting or strategic planning, marketing strategy, business development;
2. Operator, vendor or telecommunications consultancy background is essential;
3. Previously held a leadership position and experience in telecommunication sector;
4. Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management skills;
5. Good time management skills ;
6. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business is required; MBA is highly desirable;
7. Good English communication skill, be able to communicate with client fluently.
