职位描述：

1、软件产品或项目的测试计划制定与评审，并按需求编写测试用例，分析和评审用例；

2、负责项目的测试工作，保持与项目开发成员的有效沟通，确保缺陷的有效解决和系统的最终质量并参与测试结果评审和分析；

3、改进软件测试流程与工具并对测试的设计、设置及对系统的性能进行测试。

4、跟踪并验证Bug，并确认问题得以解决；

职位要求：

1、计算机相关专业大专或以上学历，一年或以上软件测试工作经验；

2、能够根据开发文档编写测试计划、测试用例等文档，并搭建测试环境，执行测试。熟悉BUG管理跟踪工具的使用(BUGZILLA)和SVN软件版本管理工具的使用；

3、熟练掌握各种设计模式，熟练运用代码重构和单元测试。

4、熟悉Oracle/Postgre SQL等主流数据库管理系统、相关技术及工具；

5、为人诚实真诚，责任心强，有较强的沟通协调及团队合作精神，工作积极主动。
