Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide multi-functional leadership and strategic direction for managing LAC platform to present Philips lighting application concept/new technology/innovation and product’s portfolio, and sales the concept to foster potential business growth opportunity.

Responsibilities:

·Establish strategic and execution process of CD LAC to host visitors.
·Manage the daily operation of CD LAC.
·Present Philips lighting application concept by segment in LAC to different kind of customers/visitors with knowledge and experience of lighting application and design.
·Communicate with visitors and lobby them for their interest in philips lighting during their visiting.
·Upgrade the lighting appliation effect with new products to show Philips new technology and innovation.
·Make sure all lighting effect could be lighted on and all equipment are working in normal always.
·Assist R&D, PM and other relative departments to finish the lighting research and product development with resource of LAC.
·Coach and train junior LAC presenter.
·Promote Philips lighting image and green lighting concept to consumer through window of LAC
·Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
University degree, Major in lighting, marketing, engineering, or equivalent
At least 5 years’ working experience in lighting industry, project management and people management working experiences, Strong technical background, especially in lighting application
Good command of Oral and Written English
Good presentation skill
Skilled in communication and conflict management
(Strong work enthusiasm)
(Able to travel frequently and work on his own/creatively)
