工作职责:

1.掌握成都市场导向，根据公司零售业务销售目标和营销策略，制定工作计划。

2.掌握区域公司所售商品的商品知识，熟悉顾客的消费导向。

3.负责各类品牌拓展、市场开拓、货品采购、商品陈列、客户关系建立及维护等统筹管理工作。

4.对竞争品牌、产品的市场信息的搜集与分析，竞争产品种类、性能、价格调研与分析，竞争对手资金、规模、人员状况、促销方式等信息调查并制定相应对策。

5.负责卖场前期筹备及后期营运管理工作。

6.与工商及其他政府部门建立良好沟通渠道之关系。

7.商场合作洽谈、争取最优条件，做好合作双方的关系维护。

岗位要求:

1. 男女均可，30-35岁，形象气质谈吐优。

2. 大学专科及以上学历，有百家店铺以上服饰品牌销售管理、营运管理的工作经验。

3. 具备极好的职业素质，能妥善处理各种突发情况。

4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队建设能力。

5. 能承受较大的工作压力和工作强度。
