主要职责：
1．协助市场经理管理全/兼职团队成员和机构执行所有市场和公众活动，包括但不限于营销材料，广告，伙伴关系的发展，直邮，市场活动，新闻发布，博客网站的管理等, 通过多元化的营销渠道达成公司的目标。
2. 市场推广员的管理：包括面试，培训，指导及工作的分配；定期组织对promoter的销售技能及新产品知识进行培训。
3．协助市场经理创建，评估和执行营销活动。跟踪管理，报告和分析市场营销活动和方案。
4．执行市场调研和分析，内容包括竞争对手，潜在市场和市场趋势。
5．研究，确定和发展有利于公司的品牌和业务发展的战略伙伴关系，包括生活俱乐部活动的协调。
6．建立和维护好内外部的关系，确保正确贯彻公司的信念，价值观和使命。
7．工作高效，沟通公开，主动解决问题，提供创意，并在团队中保持积极的敬业的工作态度。

岗位要求：
1．本科以上学历，商业，市场营销，管理或相关专业。
2．三年以上市场营销工作经验，其中超过一年的管理职位。
3．有营销管理和战略规划经验。
4．注重细节，有项目开展执行能力。
5．良好的分析能力和责任感。
6．良好的英语书面和口语技能。
7.具有海归背景的优先考虑。

Job Description:
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
2. Lead internal team members and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations including but not limited to marketing materials, advertising, partnership development, direct mail, marketing events, press releases, blog site management etc.
3. Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaigns. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs.
4. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to ensure the company reaches our goals through diversified marketing channels.
5. Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
6. Research, identify and develop strategic partnerships that benefit the company’s brand and business growth. Involve in Life Club Event coordination.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders by ensuring proper messages of company beliefs, values and representation are conveyed.
8. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
2. 3+ years working experience in marketing function including more than 1 year in management position.
3. Marketing management and strategic planning experience.
4. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
5. Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility
6. Good English skills in both written and spoken.
7. oversea education background is preferred.
