Job description
1. Lead and manage the engineering department.
2. Ensure all machines in tip top condition.
3.Increase machine efficiency and productivities.
4.Ensure machine installation done properly and running smoothly
5. Responsible for plant buildings maintenance.
6.Work closely with other counterparts in assuring the achievement of company's targets and objectives.
7. Responsible for implementation of GMP, HACCP and ISO of the department.
8. Responsible for plant EHS.
9. Execute and implement necessary training programs for engineering department staff and machine operators.
10. Carry out any task assigned by the company.
Requirements
1.University degree in mechanical Engineering.
2.5 years hand-on experience preferably in foreign invested company.
3.Preferable good command of both written and spoken English.
