JOB SUMMARY
Act the role of receptionist, responsible for all office administration and training assistant; coordinate for the human resource job, such as training, staff relationship, and etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acting the role of receptionist 2. Daily courier management. 3. Maintain nice and efficient office working environment. Including office tidiness and office equipment supplies. 4. Executes daily administration operations independently and seek for improvement to save administrative cost. Including hotel, courier, company mobile and etc. Maintain Admin related information. 5. Office itinerary management. Visitor trip follow up, including transportation, hotel, air tickets, taining tickets. 6. Office expense report preparation and review. 7. Interacts with office suppliers and vendors. 8. Coordinate the whole process for the training for each regional office within the company as the training assistant. 9. Assist other HR jobs, such as staff relationship, interview test, duty record, etc. 10. Other jobs assigned by supervisor. |
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE Female. College graduated above. Minimal 2 years’ work experience. Experience in HR/ administration or related position preferred. SKILLS Familiar with MS office including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet. Good English in writing and reading.
