职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell assigned products to achieve and exceed the Volume & Value targets within his arena. This responsibility is Not confined to the Sell In volumes/values only; the ASR will also be responsible for the Sell Out volumes/values of all Customers (i.e. the Secondary Sales)
2.Provide sales and customer service to both established and new customers within the territory.
3.Keep customers up-to-date with new product literature and presentations as required.
4.Provide competitive feedback on pricing, proposing new products or products modifications. Be able to introduce independently.
5.Regularly submit monthly reports detailing activities, sales, expenses and budgets.
6.Inform Regional Sales Manager of problem areas and what action is required.
7.Perform other duties as assigned.
8.Must be an active participant in the quality improvement process.
9.Keep up with the market trend. Know the price and technology of the competitors.
10.Must plan and execute a journey plan that maximizes sales and the best use of the in-call time.
11.Be responsible for delivering value to Customers through the professional delivery of world class sales calls. In addition, the ASR will be responsible for identifying potential new customers within the arena.
12.Be responsible for communicating all sales & marketing initiatives to the customer.
Job Requirements:
1. College or above Degree;
2. 3+ year sales experience in the auto after-market or related industries;
3. Strong communication, presentation, selling & negotiating skills;
4. Highly organized, and strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues;
5. Highly self motivated, able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire;
6. Broad overview of Technical knowledge.
7. Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT and Data Base Software
8. Possess good communication skills to transmit information to various customer groups.
9. Good English skill, including listening, speaking, reading, writing
区域销售代表
工作内容:
- 推广及销售指定产品,按时和超额完成公司的销售计划及利润指标
- 在指定区域内销售及跟踪守候服务,维护老客户,拓展新客户
- 第一时间向客户介绍新产品,并根据客户要求安排技术交流和讲座
- 为公司的价格政策、新产品开发及产品改进提供有价值的信息反馈。能独立向用户作产品的专业介绍。
- 制作月度销售计划、客户访问计划、订单计划及费用(销售成本)计划
- 及时向区域销售经理反馈问题并提出解决问题的建议
- 按时完成公司安排的其它任务
- 了解市场动态,掌握竞争对手的技术和价格
- 能够很好地计划和执行客户拜访计划,以达到最大的销售目标
- 积极地发掘本区域的潜在客户
- 能够积极地与客户沟通固铂销售和市场营销理念
任职资格:
? 大专或本科以上学历
? 3年以上行业工作经验,汽车配件或轮胎销售经验的优先考虑
? 具有独立开拓市场的能力和主动性
? 有较强的组织协调能力,良好的销售技巧
? 良好的沟通能力,善于与不同类型的客户进行交流,并具有优秀的书面写作能力
? 熟悉 WORD,Excel,PPT及数据库管理软件
? 良好的英文听说读写能力
