DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Our client is an international company which produces machinery.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Qingdao
# of subordinates:
None
Travelling:
30%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Gathering of orders and create order confirmations, delivery notes (and maybe invoices)
+ Coordination of delivery times / machine availability with the production
+ Complete order processing between LEMKEN QINGDAO and Chinese partners
+ Organisation of marketing material and sending them to the area sales managers and distribution partners
+ Organisation of trade fairs / exhibitions / field days / training
+ Organisation of future consignment machines for demonstrations, test centers and so on
Requirements:
+ Successful completion of economic degree or similar training
+ Several years of experience in an assistant position preferably in sales departments
+ High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team
+ English language written and spoken
+ Very Good computer skills and experience with MS-Office
