Job description
The Oracle Retail (Retek) Consultant is responsible for the successful delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology / process deliverables.
This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Retek solutions.
The consultant will take both engagement and delivery role in providing end to end Oracle Retail (Retek) solution to client.
Being responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of various modules within the Retek Solutions Suite (RMS, AIP, POS, RPAS).
This individual will be expected to provide guidance for design alternatives, provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within individual role context.
You will also be involved in business case development, improving client operational performance, setting project expectations for your area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project, budget and timetable.

Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain experience with Retail Industry
At least 2 years experience in 1 or more of the following merchandising applications: Oracle, SAP, JDA, SaaS, or other related merchandising applications
At least 2 years experience in end to end project implementation experience in a Retail/Merchandising environment
At least 3 years experience in oral and project skills (in PowerPoint, Excel, etc) in presenting information and proposals to clients and senior project resources
At least 2 years experience in working in a consulting firm

Preferred
At least 5 years experience in Oracle Retail modules - functional experience, including data models
At least 3 years experience in a range of product categories such as soft-lines, hard-lines and fast-moving consumer goods preferred
At least 5 years experience in end to end project implementation experience in a Retail/Merchandising environment
At least 3 years experience in merchandising/retail analytics
At least 3 years experience in merchandising inventory management
At least 3 years experience in core transactional planning with specialty retailers, mass merchandisers, and/or grocery
