ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an International company specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Senior Manager
Travelling:
Will be based on business requirement
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate closely with service managers from RHO to acquire requirements from them
+ Manage RHO WMS support team for Exceed WMS support and new project development
+ Manage RHO Customer Support team to support key accounts
+ Work closely with HR for staff recruitment
+ Work closely with teams including service desk, QA and PMO to ensure following defined processes and quality
+ Ensure the agreed KPI can be met
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science
+ 2 to 3 years working experience in providing technical support
+ Industrial standard certification like ITIL/PMP is preferred
+ Experience in CMMI implementation is preferred
+ Good problem solving and analytical skills
+ Rich project management skills
+ People management skills is essential
+ Capability to work under pressure
+ Proven experience in logistics industry including but not limit to Warehouse management
+ Native Chinese Mandarin speaker
+ Excellent English skill in both reading, writing and speaking
