ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an International company specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Manager
Travelling:
Will be based on business requirements
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure that support OLAs are strictly adhered to
+ Undertake 2nd level support in the resolution of non-routine system issues
+ Troubleshoot, identify and resolve application issues
+ Work closely and coordinate with country IT to resolve system and operational issues
+ Provide regular checks to ensure proper maintenance work such as backup, clearing transactional logs
+ Create / maintain issue logs, resolution steps
+ Identify the root cause of the issue
+ Review system performance regularly and monitor the performance of processes and system activities proactively
+ Recommend action plans to prevent problems or improve performance
+ Ensure that all support SOPs are maintained and up-to-date for every different customer/site implementations
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree is required
+ Advanced system administration (optimizing, tuning, troubleshooting, etc.) for Windows / Linux-based applications
+ Experience in version control software, such as CVS, SVN. Understanding and know how to work as a development team
+ Good Command on ITIL Processes compulsory
+ Experience with issue and incident tracking tools
+ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills is required
+ Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
+ Speak fluent Chinese Mandarin and English
