Job description:
1. Implement and maintain our company quality system, which must be certified ISO/TS 16949.
2. Defines and maintain our control plans and related controls.
3. Implement and maintain SPC tools and software.
4. Responsible for calibration and proper usage of our control equipment.
5. Responsible to connect with customer for quality related issues and to coordinate internal improvement projects (8D).

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with related majors, and 5+ related working experience.
2. Deep knowledge of automotive-oriented quality system (ISO/TS 16949, APQP, 8D) and SPC (Q-DAS)
3. Familiarity with engine components is preferential
4. Familiarity with metalworking processes (forging, machining, heat treatments, surface treatments) and materials (cast iron and steel)
5. Deep knowledge of metrological and metallurgical features of automotive components and related control equipment
6. Knowledge of Zeiss/Calypso CMM is preferential
7. Knowledge of MPI (crack detection) is preferential
8. Knowledge of HB/HRC/HV testing is preferential
9. Knowledge of metallographic examination (optical microscope) is preferential
10. Knowledge of cleanliness testing (Millipore) is preferential
11. Fluent in English oral and written
