Job Description

Primary interface to the customer and field for new product roadmaps, new product schedules and in helping our customer with solving their problems. Establish the pricing strategies for the strategic customers, and provides the basic marketing input to the new product ideas, and offers the basic technical input to critical features. Internally, need to communicate and filter the ideas from the customer and field into a strategy that the team can drive to. Motivate the team to hit schedule and to properly implement risk mitigation plans for risky parts of t he products development as well as to make the correct tradeoffs in deciding how to most quickly get the solution to the customer. Prepare the critical business review to senior management of product line or business unit.

Basic QualificationsRequires

bachelor degree and prefer master degree or at least 5 years' equivalent related experience. Knowledge of switch mode power supply design and its nuances. Successful with motivating, communicating and driving results at the customer and TI field team. Great documentation and presentation skills, and consolidating a complex idea or concept into a simple, basic and convincing level of understanding. Self motivated and driven. Organized and detailed oriented. Able to handle a very fast changing market. To convince a customer to use a product even though it has weakness. To have a vision and strategy for success.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Familiar with process of developing an IC. A good understanding and appreciation for the design, test, system, applications, layout, and PE disciplines.
