The systems engineer role will partner with product space champion and design engineers to create unique products to meet customers' expectation on features, performance, schedule, and cost. Key Responsibilities:
? Representing the product line as a technical expert to internal and external customers worldwide.
? Creating Engineering Validation Modules and Demonstration kits that showcase the performance of our latest products.
? Identifying need and creating technical literature (application notes, DS updates) to assist the field in design-in activity.
? Being the resident expert within the product line on all details of customer applications, systems and end equipment.
? Troubleshooting customer application issues by lab testing, schematic analysis and other methods as necessary.
? Bringing quick resolution to customer problems by interfacing across different functional groups like design, product, test, packaging, marketing, sales, etc.
We are looking for a self-driven and motivated experienced professional who can bring energy to our already thriving LED signage/Consumer DC-DC team. Strong communications skills are a must. This engineer must be a strong team player to enable on-time delivery of ICs and solve customer issues. Working effectively with business sales, FAE, business development teams, together with program manager, product space champion, and design engineering is critical for success. Working experience with customers is strongly preferred.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for a selfdriven and motivated experienced professional who can bring energy to our already thriving LED signage/Consumer DC-DC team. Strong communications skills are a must. This engineer must be a strong team player to enable on-time delivery of ICs and solve customer issues. Working effectively with business sales, FAE, business development teams, together with program manager, product space champion, and design engineering is critical for success. Working experience with customers is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience that includes a theoretical background and practical experience in power management and signal chain. Direct customer experience in technical problem solving is a must. Basic understanding in the analysis and system implementation of DC-DC converters, LED drivers, power delivery, and efficiency analysis is needed.
Knowledge of semiconductor process technology is a must. Working familiarity with semiconductor devices, along with the ability to characterize performance and take lab measurements is required. The capability of hand analysis as well as have working knowledge and familiarity with LED driver system are strongly preferred in this position.
