工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
l 协调工厂启动团队参与到项目中，完成项目制造团队的相关工作Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program and to coordinate activities and tasks fulfillment of the Program Manufacturing team
l 扮演项目核心团队和工厂的沟通中介Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)
l 与产品工程师协同工作，确保项目从设计到制造过程的实现Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
l 当产品发生工程更改时，将相关变更同样在生产系统中实施Implement all changes of the production system related to the product modifications (as of Engineering Change Management)
l 确保制造可行性Ensure manufacturing feasibility
l 依据集团标准和项目目标，研究、从细开发、跟踪、验证、发布和建立完整的现生产系统，包括但不局限于：项目工艺流程图、工厂布局、设备模具、公用设备、物料信息流分析、供应链定义等Study, develop in detail, follow-up, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of production, including but not limited to: the program process flow charts, plant layout, equipment and tools, utilities, material and information flow analysis, supply chain definition, in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives
l 管理生产件批准程序（包括大批量试生产和扩展的大批量试生产）Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial)
l 管理现生产启动，支持现生产爬产Manage the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up
l 汇报所有制造风险及其相关行动计划和机会Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities
l 应用项目管理体系、工程更改管理流程及佛吉亚其它工具和标准Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards
l 确保制造时间节点顺利、准时通过Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.

？ 设备模具移回Equipment & Tool Transfer
？ 设备和生产线建立Equipment & PPS Set-Up
？ 按节拍试生产Run @ Rate
？ 生产线爬坡Production Ramp-Up


附加或特殊工作任务Specific missions and results:
？ 准时完成直线经理布置的其他临时工作Complete the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager on time.
？ 健康、安全和环境及工作条件Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions
？ 确保完全遵守HSE规章制度Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、材料专业（最好是工业工程），两年以上工作经验。
