GENERAL PURPOSE

- General accounting including preparing journal entries,

- maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations.

- Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the accountant Manager

in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.

JOB TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES :

- general ledger operations

- prepare journal entries

- In charge of the Account Receivable (follow up, collection & allocation of payment,

reconciliation of accounts, monitoring customer account details for non payments,delayed

payments, maintain accounts receivable customer files…)

- Assist with Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements

- Assist with preparing of monthly financial reports

- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Qualification requirement:

- University or college degree of accounting

- Excellent English with oral and writing CET+6

- 2 years accounting experience minimum

- Familiar with ERP system is a plus
