Provide daily IT support to all Pentair internal users via central service desk, phone, email, remote tool etc.

1， Install new PCs, printer, telephone, and other IT equipment.

2， Troubleshoot PCs, printers, networks.

3， User account management (Network, Mailbox, VPN, etc.).

4， Perform infrastructure monitoring such as (IT server room, tape backup, etc.)

1，对公司所有IT终端用户提供技术支持

2，安装新电脑，打印机，电话或其它设备

3，IT终端故障排解（电脑，打印机，网络等）

4，用户帐号管理

5，IT机房监控

job request:

1，? Bachelor Degree, major in computer science,

2，At least 1 years user support or equivalent experience in MNC;

3， Familiar with PC hardware/software, maintenance and troubleshooting (including operating system/application/virus/network problems etc.);

4， Knowledge with TCP/IP, outlook, exchange and other network concept.

5， Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to do multitask simultaneously and prioritize the assignment;

6， basic English communication with both written and oral.

7， Good communications skills with end user and a good team player with IT team.

2，熟悉计算机软件硬件维护，故障排除

3，对TCP/IP,exchange,Outlook要有实际经验

4，对工作任务的分析判断能力

5，基本的英语读写说能力

6，良好的语言沟通能力
