具体工作内容及要求如下：

Key Responsibilities

？ Greet and provide total customer services to visitors to the ALDO Far East office
？ Receive, sort and distribute the incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail
？ Control inbound package deliveries and outbound shipments
？ Operate the central telephone system to route incoming calls to the appropriate party
？ General administrative duties and routing faxes
？ Control the support vans reservation schedule and travel reports from drivers
？ Control the meeting rooms schedule, provide assistance in setting up and in maintaining the rooms
？ Ensure reception desk and area are impeccable at all times
？ Assist visitors and ALDO Far East staff with logistics support

Key Requirements

？ Education: College-level degree or in progress
？ Excellent computer skills
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic and professional
？ Detail oriented, problem solver/analytical
？ Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
？ Well-organized, able to work with minimal supervision
？ Excellent written and oral Mandarin language, as well as good written and oral language English skills.
？ Fashion conscious yet professional
？ Strong customer service skills
